To be honest, we didn’t spend long planning this dinner. But we’ve been working our way towards it for quite a while.
On October 15, three people who are seriously passionate about fire — Nicanor Vieyra, Thomas Halpin and I — will meet in the Olluco kitchen.
Three completely different styles, three perspectives on ingredients, and one evening.
As always, I’ll bring specially selected aged meat from our atelier and prepare a few bold starters. Nicanor and Thomas are working on their dishes too — and judging by what we’ve been testing, it definitely won’t be boring :)
