for a paid services agreement relating to the in-person course «Master of Meat Craft»  •  English translation  •  version dated 4 July 2026

1. Status of the Document and Definitions

1.1. This document constitutes a public offer by Individual Entrepreneur Pavel Andreyevich Potseluev (the «Provider») to enter into a paid services agreement on the terms set out below.

1.2. Customer means a legally capable individual who has paid for participation for themselves or for a Participant designated by them. Participant means an individual who directly takes part in the Course. If the Customer and Participant are different persons, the Customer must promptly inform the Participant of all terms relating to participation and safety.

1.3. Course means the in-person, one-day practical and theoretical event «Master of Meat Craft», with an approximate duration of eight hours. The date, time, venue, program, instructors and price are determined separately for each group and communicated to the Customer before payment. The next Course is provisionally expected to take place in September 2026.

1.4. Application means a message submitted through the Website form or the specified contact details expressing an interest in participation. Submitting an Application does not constitute acceptance of this Offer, does not create an obligation to pay for the Course and does not, by itself, guarantee a place.

2. Subject Matter of the Agreement

2.1. The Provider undertakes to organize and conduct the Course on the agreed date and at the agreed time, and the Customer undertakes to pay for the services and comply with the participation terms.

2.2. The program may include theory on breeds and feeding, meat aging and fermentation, selecting cuts, practical butchery and deboning, knife-handling techniques, preparing food on a grill, and tasting. The detailed program is published on the Website and may be refined without reducing the overall scope or consumer value of the service.

2.3. The service is educational, informational and practical in nature. The Provider does not issue any education or qualification certificate unless expressly stated otherwise in the order confirmation.

3. Entering into the Agreement and Booking

3.1. After receiving an Application, the Provider informs the Customer whether a place is available, provides the exact Course terms, and sends a payment link or payment details.

3.2. Acceptance of this Offer occurs upon full payment or partial payment agreed by the Provider. The Agreement is deemed concluded when the payment is received by the Provider.

3.3. Before payment, the Customer must be given an opportunity to review this Offer, the program, date, venue, full price and the Provider’s contact details.

3.4. A place is deemed booked after payment and after the Provider sends confirmation by email, telephone or messenger.

3.5. The version of this Offer in effect at the time of payment applies to the concluded Agreement. Subsequent amendments will not adversely affect the Customer in relation to an order that has already been paid for.

4. Price and Payment

4.1. Participation for one Participant costs RUB 42,000 (forty-two thousand rubles), unless a different price is stated in an individual confirmation provided before payment.

4.2. The price includes participation in the program, use of equipment and materials provided at the venue, and tasting to the extent included in the program. Travel and accommodation expenses are not included unless expressly agreed otherwise.

4.3. Payment is made by bank transfer using the Provider’s bank details or payment link. The payment obligation is deemed fulfilled when the funds are received.

4.4. Where and in the manner required by law, the Provider sends a fiscal receipt to the telephone number or email address provided by the Customer.

5. Date, Venue and Course Arrangements

5.1. The venue is determined by the Provider separately for each group and communicated to the Customer before payment. The planned location is the Moscow Region, Pushkinsky Urban District, Yeldigino village, or another venue in Moscow or the Moscow Region.

5.2. The date and time are determined after a group has been formed, taking into account the availability of the venue and instructors, and are communicated to the Customer before payment. The next Course is provisionally expected to take place in September 2026. The Provider sends additional organizational information no later than three calendar days before the Course begins.

5.3. The Provider may replace an individual instructor with a specialist of comparable qualifications and may change the sequence of program segments or the equipment used, provided that the scope and quality of the service are not reduced.

5.4. Photographing or filming a Participant for subsequent publication is permitted only with separate consent where such consent is required by law.

6. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

6.1. The Provider must provide accurate information about the Course; provide the venue, materials and organization of the program; comply with reasonable safety requirements; and promptly notify the Customer of material changes.

6.2. The Customer must provide accurate contact details; pay for participation on time; disclose circumstances that may affect participation safety; and ensure that the Participant arrives by the Course start time.

6.3. The Participant must follow the instructors’ directions and venue rules, handle equipment with care, use protective equipment, and not begin working with knives, fire or equipment without the instructor’s permission.

6.4. The Provider may exclude a Participant from a hazardous part of the program if the Participant breaches safety rules, is intoxicated, or creates a risk to others. Any financial consequences are determined with regard to the portion of the service actually provided and the expenses actually incurred by the Provider, without imposing an automatic non-refundable penalty.

7. Health, Safety and Food

7.1. The Course involves sharp tools, hot surfaces, open flames or grilling equipment, raw meat and food products. The Participant must assess whether they are able to participate in light of their health condition.

7.2. Before the Course begins, the Participant must inform the Provider of food allergies, intolerances, dietary restrictions and medical circumstances that need to be considered for safe participation. The Provider does not require disclosure of a diagnosis beyond what is necessary.

7.3. The Provider takes reasonable precautions but cannot guarantee the complete absence of traces of allergens at a venue where different food products are used at the same time.

7.4. Persons under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or other intoxicating substances are not permitted to participate in the practical part of the Course.

8. Cancellation, Refunds and Participant Substitution

8.1. The Customer may cancel the Agreement at any time before the service has been fully provided, subject to payment of the Provider’s documented expenses actually incurred and directly related to the performance of this Agreement.

8.2. A cancellation notice must be sent to pavel@potseluev.ru and must identify the Customer, Course date and payment method. The refund is made using the same method as the original payment unless the parties agree otherwise.

8.3. The Provider communicates the calculation of any actual expenses withheld and refunds the remaining amount within ten calendar days after receiving the request and the information necessary to make the refund.

8.4. With the Provider’s agreement, the Customer may substitute another person as the Participant before the Course begins at no additional charge, provided that the substitution does not result in additional expenses and the new Participant meets the participation requirements.

8.5. If the Course is cancelled by the Provider, the Customer receives a full refund within ten calendar days. At the Customer’s option, the parties may agree in writing to apply the payment to another date.

8.6. If the Course cannot be held due to force majeure or binding decisions of public authorities, the parties will agree on a new date or terminate the Agreement, with settlement of expenses actually incurred in accordance with the law.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

9.1. Course materials, recipes, presentations, diagrams and other intellectual property may be used by the Participant for personal and professional reference purposes to the extent permitted by law.

9.2. Without the rights holder’s consent, it is prohibited to publish the complete set of materials, sell copies, conduct a course based on those materials while presenting it as one’s own program, or remove authorship notices.

9.3. Personal notes and individual photographs are permitted provided that they do not infringe the rights of other participants, breach venue rules or violate separately announced restrictions.

10. Personal Data and Communications

10.1. Before the Agreement is concluded, Application data is processed on the basis of separate consent. After the Agreement is concluded, data is processed to the extent necessary to perform the Agreement and comply with the law.

10.2. The terms of personal data processing are set out in the Privacy Policy available at anotherperson.ru/legal-privacy. Consent to advertising communications is not a condition of entering into the Agreement and is obtained separately.

10.3. Legally significant notices are sent using the contact details specified by the parties. Each party must promptly notify the other of any change to its contact details.

11. Liability and Disputes

11.1. The parties are liable in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation. The terms of this Offer do not restrict consumer rights or exclude any liability of the Provider imposed by law.

11.2. Claims may be sent to pavel@potseluev.ru or to the Provider’s postal address. The Provider considers a claim within ten calendar days unless a different period is prescribed by law.

11.3. The claim procedure does not deprive the consumer of the right to apply to Rospotrebnadzor or a court. Where provided by law, territorial jurisdiction is determined at the consumer’s option.

11.4. If any individual term is invalid, the remaining terms of the Agreement remain valid; the relevant mandatory rule of law applies in place of the invalid term.

12. Term of the Offer

12.1. This Offer is effective from 4 July 2026 until withdrawn by the Provider.
