In September of this year, I had a wonderful trip with the Coffeemania team to Seoul. I’ve written about this before and shared photo stories from South Korea. There were a lot of bright and iconic moments on the trip, but one gastronomic discovery was particularly exciting — the beef rib at the Born and Bred restaurant conducted by Mr. Kyunghwan Min.

Since then, this taste has not left my head — or rather, it was a real taste revelation: new in concept, in ideology, in feeling. Having received permission for the technical part, I cooked this dish already in my own reading, inspired by inspiration. And starting today, it appears in the Thirst menu.A bright hot snack, which for many will turn the idea of familiar meanings around.
