Egor Tarnakin has released a long-form film on YouTube about cooking steaks on different kinds of grill.
I was lucky enough to take part in this project, which Egor has been working on since January. I showed how the Josper works at Zhazhda Krovi and the outdoor OFYR fire pit at the meat atelier. We compared ways of cooking steaks, talked about flavour and texture, and looked at the details of working with each grill.
If you love grilling, barbecue and a good steak, I really recommend watching it. There’s plenty of useful information and hands-on cooking, without getting lost in theory.
