Egor Tarnakin has released a big movie on YouTube dedicated to cooking steaks on various types of grills.
I was lucky enough to take part in this project, which Egor has been putting together since January. In the video, I showed the hosper device in the Zhazhda Krovy restaurant, as well as the OFYR outdoor hearth in the meat atelier. We compared different ways of cooking steaks, discussed the differences in taste, texture and nuances of working with each device.
Therefore, for everyone who likes grilling, barbecue and a good steak, I recommend watching it. It turned out a lot of useful information and practice without unnecessary theory.
