The other day, Misha Smirnov from Meridian, Grant Zozulinsky, the Zhazhda Krovi team and I tasted newly arrived Argentine beef from Urien Loza (2+ Choice and 4+ Prime). Rich flavour, with a more restrained sweetness.
We’ll be holding a steak festival soon, with plenty to choose from: picanha, skirt steak, tri-tip, ribeye, striploin and filet mignon. Everyone will find a favourite.
