The other day, together with Misha Smirnov (Meridian), Grant Zozulinsky and the Zhazhda team, we tasted the freshly flown Argentine beef Urien Loza (2+ Choice and 4+ Prime). The taste is rich, more restrained in sweetness.
We will organize a steak festival in the near future — everyone will find their favorite. And there will really be plenty to choose from: pikanya, machete, tri-tip, rib eye, striploin and filet mignon.
