We didn’t go on stage that evening at the Oktyabr cinema. But if I’d had the chance to say a few words to everyone, I’d have thanked the organisers, Irina Tiusonina and Alexey Dudin, and our colleagues in the industry for their support. And, of course, the team — my heart — who create the food, the service and a little piece of our story every day.
