Team Zozulinsky & Potseluev

They tend not to repeat themselves and are united by a single concept of “lunch on the farm”, organized by a team working directly in the meat studio. It may seem that only professionals have an interest in cutting cuts and straightening knives, but experience shows otherwise.: this is human curiosity, bordering on the desire to learn new things and see the process from the inside.

Everything is as honest and real as possible: the interior, the details, the work with live fire and the combination of a simple farming approach with a restaurant gloss. Chamber dinner — in dialogue and alone with fans of their craft.

The difference from the course “Masters of meat business” is a greater focus on dishes and their preparation under conditions of grilling and working with firewood. The program does not include cutting cuts and the technical part related to the equipment and operation of the workshop. Lunch is held on weekends in the format of a closed gastronomic meeting.

WHAT AWAITS YOU:

  • Excursion to the dry maturation chamber;
  • Lunch with a variety of appetizers and steaks of different aging periods — from different breeds of bulls and cows. Despite the variability, tartare and author’s charcuterie are always mandatory on the table;

We do not adhere to a strict scenario, we work with seasonal products and conduct tastings that are closed to the main market. Allowing ourselves a little acting metaphor, we open the door to the backstage. With music and our inherent hospitality.

There are 10 seats in total. Duration of the event: 4 hours.

Location of the meat atelier: the city of Pushkino, the village of Eldigino (the nearest Moscow region).

The date of the next lunch is April.

Cost per guest (unlimited and with all the benefits of the mood): 42,000 rubles.
