Thanks to Mikhail and Aerovals, our grown-up meat atelier team got to feel like children again for a while. It was a kind of excitement none of us had experienced before.
There are two Mikhails in one: a food technologist at Zozulinsky & Potseluev and a balloon pilot with years of experience. We floated over the countryside around Dmitrov, looking down at lakes, endless fields and summer houses. Funny how every other house seems to have a pool and a trampoline.
