We did a great job in the workshop today: we met Sergey Volkonenkov (the chef of the Voronezh restaurant), Alexander Volkov-Medvedev (the chef of the Ruski restaurant). The Zhazhda team was represented by chef Pavel, Kostya and Dima. Productive: with new ideas, filming, and service.
