We decided to extend the January holidays and inaugurated the new barbecue space of the meat atelier Zozulinsky & Potseluev. We held the first private event for long—time friends and guests of the Zhazhda Krovi restaurant, and we were immensely happy about it. Whatever you name the ship, it will sail.

Having turned off the last light bulbs and smoked the grill, we are ready to organize new events.

You have a unique opportunity to discover a new format of emotions: this is not a restaurant or a cooking studio.

This is an active meat shop located on a farm. With a really large dry maturation chamber built more than 10 years ago. With a unique fermentation technology for meat with Roquefort and camembert molds.

Complex processes that have been changing the perception of meat for the past 6 years, thanks to the feedback from our customers and, in particular, the guests of the Zhazhda Krovi restaurant.

We will teach you how to understand knives — how to choose, handle and feel the tool. Let’s help you understand the value of different cuts of ox. We will arrange a big tasting of steaks of different maturation periods — from large producers to farmers. Let’s add the dried products directly from the butcher’s hands — in the most correct way: without shipping and storage.

Tartars, snacks, drinks — we will coordinate the menu with you in advance.We cook both indoors on the Grillvett grill and on the outdoor hearth Ofyr — with a glass of red, sparkling wine or something stronger. Only the present: only firewood and only coal.

The comfortable format, combining rural lifestyle and restaurant polish, involves the participation of up to 12 guests.


The cost of a turnkey event with the participation of our current team (including me and Grant Zozulinsky), which creates the life of the workshop from “a” to “z”, starts from 500,000 rubles per day.
