Private Events at the Zozulinsky & Potseluev Meat Atelier

Zozulinsky & Potseluev is neither a restaurant nor a cooking studio. It is a working meat atelier on a farm, where our team works every day with meat, dry aging, fermentation and produce.

Occasionally, we reserve the whole space for a private event.

This is a private occasion for your own group of up to 12 guests: a birthday, a company event or a gathering of friends. Unlike the course and our themed meals, there are no individual places in a shared group. You choose the date, we agree on the menu and programme in advance, and the atelier and our team are reserved exclusively for you that day.

Inside, there is a large dry-aging room, a working butchery and a dedicated barbecue area. Guests can see processes that normally remain behind closed doors, talk about meat, different cuts and aging periods and, of course, taste the results around one table.

We create the menu individually for every event. Tartare, our own charcuterie, starters, seasonal produce and a substantial tasting of steaks aged for different periods, using both familiar cuts and lesser-known ones.

We cook on Grillvett and Ofyr, using charcoal and wood. Part of the day happens around the table and part of it directly by the fire. Those who want to go deeper can also explore knives, butchery, aging and the product itself with us.

We do not try to turn the atelier into a restaurant for a day. Quite the opposite — the whole point is to keep it a working meat atelier and invite our guests inside the way we actually work.

The programme and menu are created individually each time, around the group, the occasion and your preferences.

Format: up to 12 guests.

Atelier location: Yeldigino village, Pushkino, Moscow Region.

Private events with our atelier team start at RUB 500,000 per day.
